返品について
【欠陥品について】
当サイトに掲載されている商品は、長年にわたり様々な人が愛情を込めて所有してきたアンティーク品やヴィンテージ品です。
古いものですので、経年変化や使用による小キズ、凹み、焼成の過程で発生する欠陥、シミ、メッキのスレ、摩耗などがある場合があります。
これらの特性はダメージとして分類されるものでなく、あくまでも時の経過を物語るものとお考えいただければ幸いです。
商品の写真をご覧になり、ご購入に進む前にご満足いただけるかどうか再確認をお願いいたします。
商品はしっかりと梱包されていますが、輸送会社の手に渡ったあとに発生する不可抗力に関しては責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
【返品】
弊社では、製品がアンティーク＆ヴィンテージであることにより、商品が輸送中に壊れた場合を除いて、原則返品を受け付けておりません。
もし商品輸送中に破損が生じた場合は、商品到着後4日以内にEメールにてご連絡ください。
その際に、破損した商品の写真とパッケージの破損の写真を添付してください。その後、運送会社への保険請求を行った上で、お客様にご連絡し、該当の場合は返金のご連絡をさせていただきます。
万が一、購入者が輸送中の破損以外の理由での返品を希望する場合は、返品送料、保険料などの費用は購入者が全額手配、及びご負担いただくことになりますのでご了承ください。
ご希望の場合は、商品到着後4日以内にEメールにてご連絡ください。商品が元々弊社より発送された状態での返品が確認されましたら、元の商品代金と送料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。また、Paypalの手数料、為替手数料を含む取引手数料も返金額より差し引かれますので、ご了承ください。
返金手続き前にメールにてこの金額をお知らせいたします。

送料や保険料などは、前述の通り購入者のご負担となります。
Returns Policy:
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: The products on our website are antique or vintage items and have been lovingly owned by various people over the years. Because they are old, there may be small scratches, dints, firing faults, spots, gilding slips or wear due to age and use etc. These characteristics are not classed as damage, please remember that they just tell their story through time.
Please see the photographs of the product to double check that you are happy before proceeding to purchase the goods. The products will be well packed but once they leave our premises, we have no control over them.
RETURNS: We are sorry we generally do not accept returns due to our products being antique & vintage, unless the product has been broken during transit. If this is the case, please inform us by email within 4 days of receiving the item. Please attach photographs of the damaged item and photograph(s) of damage to the packaging. We will then make an insurance claim to the carrier company before contacting you and sending a refund, if applicable.
In the improbable event that the purchaser wishes to return the goods for any other reason than breakage during shipping, then the purchaser is fully responsible for the return shipping, insurance costs etc. Please inform us by email if you wish to do this within 4 days of receipt of the product. Once the product is returned safely in the condition that it was sent, we will refund the original price and shipping cost, minus money transaction charges. We will inform you of this amount by email before making the refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Homestay England Ltd., Coles Yard, Lords Lane Skillington, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG33 5HE, United Kingdom. The puchaser is responsible for paying the shipping and insurance costs etc. as stated above.
